Netflix has signed a deal with Spanish public broadcaster RTVE to add episodes of the daily comedy and interview show "La revuelta" to its platform. Episodes of the show will be available on Netflix one day after their free-to-air broadcast.
Netflix is adding a current Spanish TV format to its catalogue with a one-day delay, showing another way streamers can extend local programming beyond the initial broadcast window. The deal links a major global platform with RTVE’s free-to-air distribution, giving La revuelta a second outlet without changing its daily cadence. Watch for the first Netflix availability date and whether the streamer lists every episode or only selected installments.
