Terms of Use

Last updated June 10, 2026

StreamingMeme (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates streamingmeme.com, a news aggregation service covering the streaming media industry. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, please stop using the site.

1. Who Can Use the Site

By using StreamingMeme, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time, and changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. What StreamingMeme Is

StreamingMeme curates and links to publicly available news articles, blog posts, and other content published by third parties. We do not own or publish the articles we link to; those remain the property of their respective publishers. We do own our original editorial content: headlines, summaries, commentary, and curation selections.

3. How You May Use the Site

You’re welcome to use StreamingMeme for personal, non-commercial reading. You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content for commercial purposes without our written permission
  • Use bots, spiders, or automated tools to access or harvest content without prior authorization
  • Frame or mirror any part of the Website without our consent
  • Attempt to access any part of the Website or its systems without authorization
  • Use the site in a way that could damage, overburden, or impair it
  • Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional material through the site
  • Engage in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive conduct

4. Intellectual Property

Our content. StreamingMeme’s original content, including headlines, summaries, the site name, logo, design, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Third-party content. We aggregate links to and brief excerpts from third-party publications for news reporting and commentary purposes. If you’re a content owner and believe our use of your material goes beyond fair use, contact us at info@streamingmeme.com.

Trademarks. “StreamingMeme” and any associated logos are our trademarks. Don’t use them without prior written consent.

5. Third-Party Links

Most of what you see on StreamingMeme are links to content published elsewhere. We have no control over those third-party sites and aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or anything else. A link appearing on StreamingMeme is not an endorsement. You follow external links at your own risk.

We may also display third-party advertising. We’re not responsible for the content of those ads or the products and services they promote.

6. Copyright and DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on StreamingMeme infringes your copyright, send a written notice to info@streamingmeme.com that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature (or that of your authorized agent)
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
  • Identification of the specific material on our site, with enough detail for us to locate it
  • Your contact information such as name, address, phone number, and email
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

We’ll investigate valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate.

7. Newsletter

Subscribing to the StreamingMeme newsletter means you consent to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send, or by emailing info@streamingmeme.com.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content on it is accurate, complete, or timely. Your use of the site is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamingMeme and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Website, any third-party content accessed through it, or any unauthorized access to your data. Our total liability to you for any claim related to these Terms or the Website will not exceed $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StreamingMeme and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

11. Privacy

Your use of StreamingMeme is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will stay in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StreamingMeme regarding your use of the site.
