DMC Production and Calrec leverage 100 Mbit/s connections for reverse remote workflows

The rollout of DMC Production’s "reverse remote" units coincides with the company’s massive infrastructure expansion across Europe. Per SVG Europe in May 2026, DMC Germany was appointed as a technical service provider for MagentaTV’s coverage of the FIFA World Cup 2026. This project involves managing 104 matches and 1,000 hours of programming in UHD and HDR, centralized through hubs in Munich and New York. Grass Valley has been aggressively positioning its AMPP (Agile Media Processing Platform) as the backbone for such distributed architectures.
