Alfalite has completed the installation of two UHD Finepix 1.5 MATIX AlfaCOB LED displays at RTVE’s Teatro Monumental in Madrid. These displays are designed to provide broadcast-quality visuals for live events and television recordings, meeting demanding specifications for flicker-free on-camera images. The project was executed in collaboration with technology partner BroadService, enhancing the venue's technical capabilities.
This infrastructure upgrade at RTVE's Teatro Monumental highlights the growing demand for broadcast-grade display technology in live event venues. Integrating high-fidelity LED screens capable of flicker-free performance directly addresses issues of image quality for streamed and televised events. As live productions increasingly rely on visual backdrops and dynamic content, the ability to seamlessly blend in-venue presentation with broadcast standards becomes critical. Monitor how similar technological adoptions across other cultural and event spaces influence content production workflows and audience reception for both live and distributed experiences.
