Senior Consultant, Change Management Focus

About the role

This consulting role guides clients through organizational change management on large projects, especially system implementations, using stakeholder workshops, readiness assessments, and training plans. The hire will support project teams from setup through deployment and manage client relationships. Strong facilitation, client-facing communication, and experience juggling multiple projects are needed, and Media & Entertainment experience is preferred.
