About the role

Provides first-line technical support for cloud-based production systems used by news and sports broadcasters, troubleshooting infrastructure, API, and authentication issues while working with customer IT teams. Requires strong Linux and cloud knowledge, systematic debugging, clear communication, and willingness to work rotating evening and weekend shifts on a 24/7 APAC-covering rotation.
