This role provides expert technical support for broadcast video systems, covering software-defined video networking, compression and content processing, and network monitoring tools. The engineer monitors system health, manages incidents to resolution within SLA guidelines, acts as the single point of contact for support cases, and documents procedures. Strong Unix/Linux and Windows troubleshooting and analytical skills are needed.
