The role repairs customer equipment in a workshop through systematic fault analysis, board-level and chip-level (SMD and THT) repair, and reproducing customer issues. It requires a completed technical electronics training, experience reading schematics, good soldering skills including SMD, and some knowledge of analog and digital audio and video technology.
