Technical Support Engineer

About the role

Provides first- and second-level technical support for high-performance shared storage environments used in broadcast and post-production, covering hardware and software issues by phone, email and on site. Requires strong troubleshooting under time pressure across SAN/NAS, networking and storage components, plus clear communication in German and English.
