DNOC Technician - Live Events

About the role

This front-line support role prepares movie theaters for live events through pre-event tests, then supports them by phone and email during evening and weekend broadcasts. It also covers network delivery troubleshooting and record maintenance. Candidates need 2+ years of technical customer service or NOC experience; satellite and e-delivery training is provided.
