About the role

Handles incoming requests from studio, distributor and cinema clients, troubleshooting playback and content issues through to resolution. Creates and issues digital cinema encryption keys per studio guidelines and showtimes, and reports recurring problems to management. Requires strong communication, computer literacy and the ability to prioritize under pressure.
