About the role

The role manages the day-to-day onboarding of customer user, entitlement and payment data onto a streaming video platform, covering gap analysis, client workshops, go-live checks and data health reporting. It needs prior data migration experience, client-facing scoping skills, strong documentation habits and practical use of AI tools to streamline processes.
