About the role

The role acts as the technical expert linking customer goals to the company's platform. It involves designing scalable, low-latency architectures and leading discovery sessions, workshops and proofs of concept with enterprise and partner accounts. Candidates need 7 to 9 years in solutions, pre-sales or development, strong coding skills, and hands-on experience with real-time voice and video, conversational AI and telephony integrations.
