Ross Video has launched the TD-TouchScreen, a 15.6-inch 1920x1080 resolution touchscreen monitor. This new hardware product is designed to connect directly to TouchDrive control panels, providing power and supporting the DashBoard interface for streamlined production-switcher workflows. The display is offered by Markertek.
This new hardware offering provides Ross TouchDrive users with an integrated display solution, simplifying the setup and operation of production switchers. By combining power and interface capabilities, it streamlines the technical infrastructure required for live production environments. This consolidation aligns with the industry's drive for more efficient and less complex signal chains. Further integration trends, especially for proprietary control systems, will be a key indicator of how manufacturers are addressing operational complexity in broadcast and streaming production workflows.
