AJA Video Systems has introduced the DANTE-12GAM, a new single-channel 12G-SDI Dante audio embedder/disembedder Mini-Converter, ahead of NAB 2025. This device facilitates bridging between SDI sources and destinations with embedded audio to and from Dante audio networks, supporting up to 64 channels of Dante IP audio with optional SFP transceiver connections. The DANTE-12GAM also features a new Mini-Converter design with an LCD display and control buttons, and supports various network synchronization standards such as PTPv2, SMPTE 2110-30, and AES67.
