The role involves hands-on work inside an internet data center: racking, cabling, powering and configuring servers and network gear, plus break-fix, smart-hands support, asset tracking and documentation. It requires TCP/IP and server/OS knowledge, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights, shift and holiday rotation, and 20%+ travel.
