This product owner role takes end-to-end ownership of an internal Salesforce platform roadmap, defining business outcomes, setting priorities across Sales, Marketing and Customer Service, and directing an offshore delivery team. It calls for strong stakeholder management, working knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud, and judgment on introducing agentic AI features responsibly.
