Acts as the technical advisor and customer success lead for licensees of an IP video standard, covering FPGA-based AV pipeline design, integration, troubleshooting, and interoperability and certification testing. The role also owns account health, roadmap discussions, documentation, training, and customer-site engagements. It requires FPGA and embedded systems experience, AV-over-IP networking knowledge, and strong communication skills.
