About the role

The role manages day-to-day equity administration, covering grant processing, vesting, exercises, terminations and share tracking, while reconciling equity data across HR and payroll systems. It also supports SEC reporting, Section 16 filings, SOX controls and audit readiness, and calls for 5+ years of stock plan administration experience and CEP certification.
