Sales Support Orders Administrator

About the role

This role handles order-to-cash processing, including sales order entry, fulfilment, and delivery follow-up, while answering customer enquiries. It coordinates with factories, suppliers, and customers on material availability and lead times, and produces status and analysis reports. Candidates need a diploma, at least five years of order processing experience, strong SAP and Excel skills, and the ability to work independently under deadline pressure.
