Process Manager (ITIL & Release Governance)

About the role

This role governs ITIL processes and the release and deployment lifecycle, acting as gatekeeper between QA and operations to confirm entrance and exit criteria before deployments. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in IT process, change, or release management, strong ITIL knowledge, an understanding of CI/CD and rollback, and the assertiveness to block releases that lack sign-off.
