Payroll Specialist

About the role

The role owns end-to-end payroll across multiple Canadian provinces, validating inputs and ensuring statutory deductions, remittances and T4 filings are accurate. It also reconciles payroll to the general ledger and improves controls. Candidates need 2+ years of multi-province Canadian payroll experience, CRA knowledge and payroll/HRIS platform experience.
