About the role

Builds the backend foundations for an open-table-format lakehouse and runs a company-wide cloud data warehouse used by thousands of engineers. Involves migrating pipelines, reliability and cost work, and on-call support. Needs solid Java or Scala backend experience, comfort with GCP and Kubernetes, and exposure to data processing frameworks.
