Solutions Engineer

About the role

This is a hands-on pre-sales technical role that works with the sales team to guide customers from discovery through proof-of-concept and validation. The engineer builds demos, deploys cloud or on-prem environments, writes Python or JavaScript integrations, and presents at customer events and conferences abroad. It calls for customer-facing technical experience, comfort with REST and WebSocket APIs, and familiarity with Linux, cloud, or containers.
