This role owns the observability stack and internal tooling, turning them into a platform that makes other engineers more productive. Responsibilities include designing actionable alerts and SLOs, evaluating open-source alternatives, integrating security into the delivery pipeline, and running Linux-based distributed systems. Strong experience with metrics, logs and traces, Linux skills and an automation mindset are needed.
