Capture & Harvesting Engineer Manager

About the role

Manages a team of roughly 3 to 10 engineers who build large-scale distributed systems that ingest audio and video signals from global channels and streaming platforms. The role is about 60% hands-on, covering design reviews, code reviews, mentoring, and roadmap work with cross-team partners. Requires proven people management and strong distributed systems skills with high SLA standards.
