Leads the financial and compliance side of a commerce platform covering partner onboarding, billing and payouts. Owns controls for tax, sanctions and KYC checks, audit readiness under SOX, and the roadmap for order, billing and payment integrations. Needs payments or fintech experience, regulated money movement knowledge, and cross-functional leadership without direct authority.
