Commercial Process Manager – Order-to-Cash (O2C) – (m/w/d)

About the role

The role designs and governs the global order-to-cash process, from order capture to invoicing, and bridges business and IT by turning requirements into specifications for SAP SD and Salesforce changes. It also tracks process KPIs, uses process mining to find bottlenecks, and leads testing and global rollout. Fluent German and English are required.
