Supports customers of music scheduling and broadcast automation software by resolving technical issues, documenting defects, and running onboarding training. Requires radio or TV programming experience, music scheduling expertise, network and Windows/SQL Server troubleshooting skills, and fluent Spanish and English, with some evening Eastern Time coverage.
