Technical Consultant Internship

About the role

This internship provides first and second level technical support to customers of a web analytics platform, handling queries, diagnostics and incident resolution within contractual deadlines. Over time the role moves toward implementation work such as requirements gathering, tagging plans, acceptance testing and customer training. Candidates need a computer science degree, fluent English, and solid HTML and JavaScript skills.
