About the role

This work-study role supports customers of a web analytics platform through first- and second-line technical support and incident resolution. It grows into project work, covering implementation, requirements gathering, tagging plans, and client training. Fluent German and English, at least two years of higher education, and solid HTML and JavaScript skills are required.
