About the role

Serves as the main contact for households in a US audience panel, recruiting new participants by phone, text and email and conducting screening interviews. Builds rapport to keep families engaged and troubleshoots home equipment and WiFi remotely. Requires fluent English and Spanish and a high school diploma, with prior sales or customer service experience expected at higher levels.
