About the role

This in-house legal role drafts and prosecutes utility patent applications covering audience measurement devices, media recognition, data fusion, and engagement analytics. It requires a non-attorney, USPTO-registered patent agent with at least two years of experience drafting applications, responding to office actions, and conducting examiner interviews, plus a technical background in engineering, data science, or media distribution. The position is fully remote and works closely with engineers and product teams.
