Senior Field Technician I

About the role

This role installs, maintains and remotely troubleshoots metering equipment in participant households so that audience data is collected accurately. The technician coaches household members on equipment use and security procedures, communicates through calls, chat and video, and keeps participation high. Candidates need basic computer networking knowledge, English proficiency and 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
