About the role

Leads a quality engineering organization of over 40 engineers and managers across infrastructure, platform, data, applications, APIs and AI agent systems. Owns quality strategy, observability, incident management, governance and reporting to senior engineering leadership, with a focus on AI-driven modernization of testing. Requires 12+ years in software quality, 5+ years of QE leadership and experience with cloud and Kubernetes release quality.
