About the role

Build post-training for voice and text AI agents: create training environments and verifiers, own synthetic data pipelines, run RL and fine-tuning experiments, and define the evaluations releases must pass. Requires strong Python skills, experience taking models from raw data to production, and practical GPU and data-quality judgment.
