Module Engineer for Assembly Department

About the role

The role manages high-volume assembly equipment and processes for advanced chip production, running tests, driving yield and quality improvements, and working with equipment suppliers during factory ramps. Candidates need semiconductor packaging or SMT experience, root-cause problem-solving, FMEA and SPC knowledge, and data-analysis skills in tools such as Python and SQL.
