Yield Product Development Engineer

About the role

The role analyzes fab process, defect, and electrical data to find root causes of yield loss and recommends process changes, while building multivariate tools and ML models. It works with design teams and factory task forces on new product introductions and ramp readiness for leading-edge logic nodes. It requires a master's or PhD in a STEM field plus semiconductor process experience.
