Sort Interface Pathfinding and Development Engineer

About the role

Leads the development of wafer and die sort probing solutions, including electro-mechanical pathfinding, test hardware design, and probing process qualification. Works with external foundry and OSAT customers and suppliers on interface specifications, design rules, and DOE-driven qualification to support new product introductions. Requires advanced packaging test experience and a relevant STEM degree.
