About the role

Leads readiness of advanced metals deposition modules as they move from technology development into high-volume manufacturing on leading-edge logic nodes. Drives yield, performance and variation improvements, resolves complex manufacturing issues, and coordinates with factory, integration and supplier teams. Requires a master's degree and substantial PVD, CVD or ALD experience with metals and barrier films.
