About the role

The role enables reliability design for chip manufacturing by defining reliability design rules and PDK collateral, developing EDA tool flows with vendors, and benchmarking technology against industry peers. Candidates need an engineering or physics degree and 3+ years in PDK, reliability tooling, or design-for-reliability work. Strong communication and quality-focused collaboration are expected.
