About the role

This role defines reliability design rules and collateral for process design kits on leading semiconductor technology nodes, and benchmarks reliability against industry. It also drives EDA tool and flow enablement with vendors to support design reliability verification. Requires a relevant engineering degree and several years in PDK, reliability tooling, or design-for-reliability work.
