Senior Advanced Packaging Defect Inspection Engineer

About the role

The role leads metrology module development for advanced packaging programs, covering recipes, sampling plans, and SPC strategy, along with qualifying new inspection tools and supporting fab excursions. It also requires a forward-looking metrology roadmap and close work with equipment vendors and AI/automation teams. Candidates need a STEM degree, semiconductor process experience, and statistical process control expertise.
