About the role

This staff-level role builds compact transistor models for advanced FinFET and GAA nodes, supporting process design kits and circuit simulation. The engineer works with technology and PDK teams across sites, performs statistical and Python-based data analysis, and needs device physics, RF/EM simulation, and several years of semiconductor experience.
