About the role

This role models heat flow and thermal performance of packaging hardware, from silicon redistribution layers to substrates, for a quantum processor team. The engineer defines heat spreaders with mechanical designers, coordinates packaging integration across stakeholders, and presents results. Requires an M.S. or Ph.D. plus simulation experience in tools like Icepak or COMSOL.
