Quantum Packaging Signal/Power Integrity (SI/PI) Engineer

About the role

The role models and simulates packaging hardware, from redistribution layers to IC substrates and testchip routing, including system-level analysis for a silicon quantum computing effort. Candidates need a master's or PhD in electrical engineering or physics, 3+ years of signal and power integrity work, and tool experience such as SIwave or HFSS.
