Quantum Interposer Design Engineer

The role handles physical design and integration of advanced packaging interposers for silicon-based quantum processors, including DRC and LVS validation and coordination with testchip, signal and power integrity, thermal, and integration teams. Candidates need a graduate degree in electrical engineering with 5+ years of physical design experience, Cadence Virtuoso skills, and understanding of SI/PI and advanced packaging.
