Quantum IC Package Substrate Design Engineer

About the role

Designs large form factor IC package substrates and integrates 2.5D and 3D advanced packaging for silicon quantum processor development, coordinating with testchip, signal integrity, power integrity and thermal teams. Requires an electrical or computer engineering background, substrate design experience, high-speed routing skills and proficiency in Siemens Xpedition.
