About the role

This internship has a PhD student analyzing defect data, running experiments on process integration flows, and supporting yield improvement and metrology work in high-volume chip manufacturing. Candidates should be pursuing a PhD in electrical engineering, physics, materials science, chemical engineering, or a related semiconductor field, with a GPA of at least 3.0 and semiconductor fabrication or device knowledge.
