Process Integration Development Engineer

About the role

Drives yield improvement and technology transfers in semiconductor manufacturing, using statistical data mining to find root causes of defects and yield excursions. Designs experiments, sets roadmaps, leads defect and parametric measurement, and mentors peers. Needs a graduate degree, several years of process and yield experience, and JMP/JSL or Python skills.
